Paper Trails Greeting Co $5-6 The best greeting cards for the favorite runner in your life. Whatever the subject- she has got you covered- great race, bad race, congrats to a friend, thank you to a coach, they are fun, heartfelt and sure to mean a lot to whoever you send it to.

Finding Ultra by Rich Roll $14.90 You can never go wrong with a good run book and I have heard great things about Finding Ultra. It’s on my shortlist. A few other great running books to consider 80/20 Running: Run Stronger and Race Faster by Training Slower . I am a big believer as a coach and athlete in this philosophy. Another Matt Fitzgerald favorite- How Bad Do You Want It . I have read it twice. Great for the mental aspect. 26 Marathons by Meb Keflezighi. Let Your Mind Run by Deena Kastor.

Sara Marie Design $15-20. Fun collection of mugs, cups and runners accessories. I typically get a new mug every year for Christmas and really look forward to it. Most runners drink coffee but if not they are likely drinking something hot and yummy- you can’t go wrong here.

Koala Clip $29 The answer to “an active woman's pocket problem”s. Run, bike, lift weights, or hit the gym and never have to worry about where to put your phone again. It won't move even when you do. I have 2 of them and love how much I can fit in that little pocket- phone, credit card and a gu and my hands are free! Love it!

Smart wool running socks $15-$20 The very best for winter running. They keep your feet dry and blister free while also keeping them warm and toasty without all of the bulk. They have plenty of great styles for runners. Hands down favorite winter running socks for me.

Defunkify $20 Runners get extra stinky and so does their clothes. This magic liquid detergent has order-crushing power. Let me tell you folks, if it can get rid of my teenage boys athletic funk- it can get rid of yours.

Rise & Run Cookbook $18 Shalane and Elyse have done it again. Another magical cookbook full of creative, fun and healthy recipes for runners and really anyone.

2toms sports shield $12.99 I challenge you to find a better anti-chafe option. All genders, young or old- it will work for you. I got ZERO chafe during my 100 mile race all thanks to this product. Not widely known or used, more runners need to jump on the 2toms bandwagon.

Smartwool winter beanie $30 Again, smart wool knows how to do winter running. A cute, comfortable and stylish beanie is always a safe and practical gift for a runner- we can't have enough.

GU nutrition $18-28 Run nutrition can get pricey and us runners have got to have it. Find out your runners favorite and hook them up. Runners 2022 Desk Calendar $19 Hello awesome! This fun and inspirational 2022 desk calendar contains original illustrations and motivational quotes. Liquid IV $24 One of my very favorite ways to rehydrate after a race or big effort workout. Liquid IV has a unique formula that doubles your hydration when compared to just water. Merino Sport Fleece Training Glove $45 Comfortable, light weight, yet they will keep you warm. Great go-to glove for a chilly run.

BibFOLIO race Bib Album $45 This is such a rad and organized way to keep all of your race bibs together. A great fit for the organized runner in your life who doesn’t want their bibs displayed all over the walls but wants to do something special with them.

Lulu Down For It All Run Vest $148comfortable, stylish and oh so warm. Every runner needs a good puffy vest. You can’t go wrong with this one. I am hoping Santa brings me one (fingers crossed over here).

Re-Pro Mini Massage Gun $164 We all love a good massage gun but have you tried Ultra Recoveries mini? Its small, holds a charge forever and you can take it everywhere with you. I find myself using it in the car, at my kids soccer games and any chance I can get. Adtioanlly, it’s a bit cheaper than the other leading mini massage gun brands but works just as well. Smartwool base layers for men $100- High quality, incredible reviews, if you are looking for a winter running splurge this is it. Also a great base later for any snow sport. Comes in womens sizes too.

Garmin Forerunner 245 $199 Biggest bang for your buck by far. High quality reliable running watch that you can count on. Yes, there are fancier models with extra bells and whistles but the Forerunner 245 has all the functions that a runner needs.

On Weather Jacket - $240 A big spurge but worth it. I run in this jacker regularly. The running jacket for ultralight protection whatever the weather. Made with high-tech Japanese fabrics, it’s the perfect companion for a running adventure.

Petzl Swift RL Headlamp $120 Hands down the best hand lamp on the market. Bright at a max of 900 lumens, also very light weight. Reactive lighting sensor technology that adjusts as needed. It’s my favorite for both the roads and trails.

Customized Sports Nutrition Plan $250 and up Coach Meghann over at Featherstone Nutrition is absolutely phenomenal. I have had runners that I coach work with her and I steer my athletes her direction all of the time for advice.
