20 week training guide to complete your grand adventure- a double crossing of the Grand Canyon better known as “RIM TO RIM TO RIM”. You should have a base of running 25 miles per week for at least 6 weeks before you begin. You should also have trail experience and have completed a 50k trail race or comparable. This is not a custom plan but rather a “one size fits most”. In addition to the workouts, the guide also includes strength training, gear guidance, route planning and proper nutrition planning so that you can successfully complete your adventure.
